I've always had an affinity for expressing myself through movement and the arts - whether it be musical theater, dancing, painting, yoga, or circus stunts like aerial hoop and silks. So being able to remain mobile and pain-free is very important to me.
After undergoing a life-threatening medical emergency in 2021, followed by a pretty serious abdominal surgery, I was immobilized for longer than I could have imagined. Through this time, I really learned to appreciate how incredibly precious it is to simply be able to walk, or sit up, without aid or without pain. |
Nine months later, I was back at my active lifestyle thanks my health care team--including the acupuncturists at Bridge-- and the restoration of my physique from Foundation Training.
For years I worked as a clinical assistant at Bridge, so it's exciting to now have my own set of skills to benefit our patient community. To complement my yoga teacher training certification, in 2022, I became a certified Foundation Training Instructor under the direct supervision of Dr. Eric Goodman, DC. My mission is now to help others maintain a higher quality of living by providing them with the tools to help strengthen their bodies, correct posture, and alleviate pain. I look forward to working with you and having some fun in the process! Quick Facts:
