Dr. Grace Rollins, DAc
Background and skills
After a private apprenticeship in shiatsu, in 2005 I enrolled at Tristate College of Acupuncture in New York City. There I earned my Masters of Science in Acupuncture with a focus in classical Chinese acupuncture, Japanese acupuncture and myofascial trigger-point needling. During my intensive graduate studies I also took advantage of a one-month externship in China and gained experience treating pain and trauma in the Brooklyn martial arts community.
Ongoing training
I'm constantly honing my skills as I strive to offer the best possible care. I typically attend several continuing education seminars a year in addition to ongoing clinical apprenticeship, annual study in Japan, personal study and teaching. To me, being an acupuncturist means lifelong learning-- it is truly a journey!
