First time acupuncture patients are advised to schedule an Initial Session (approximately 90 minutes), which includes health history intake, examination and treatment. After your initial session we will discuss a recommended schedule of follow-ups. We are also happy to discuss your treatment options before your visit by way of an online questionnaire (contact us to receive one). Our schedule fills up quickly, so we highly recommend booking follow-ups in advance to ensure availability.
Free New Patient Inquiry Questionnaire
To learn if we are a good fit for your particular condition, and to expedite scheduling for urgent cases, we offer a brief online questionnaire that you can use to describe your symptoms and answer some basic questions. One of our acupuncturists will evaluate it for free and send an opinion to your email within 24-48 hours. Sign up and receive the questionnaire link by contacting our office and we'll send it out to you.
To make an appointment please contact the office (or conveniently schedule online 24/7):

Rates & payment
All current prices are listed at the online booking system. We are out-of-network with insurance plans. Inquire with your health plan regarding out-of-network coverage for acupuncture, as we can provide documentation for reimbursement if you plan to submit. Most HSAs will cover our services and we are happy to accept HSA cards.
24-hour cancellation policy
We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling your session. If you must cancel last minute, we expect you to pay the full cost of your session. (Our policy is lenient in cases of illness, family emergencies and unsafe weather.)
Health history form
We will email you an online health history form which gives us important background and information for your New Patient intake and treatment. Please complete it prior to your appointment. If you do not receive it please inform us; doing your paperwork in advance saves valuable time for your appointment and allows you to be as detailed as you like.
What to wear
For acupuncture we recommend bringing a loose tank top and shorts, and for ladies a bra that opens in back (instead of a sports bra). Or, we can always offer drapes and covers.
Please read here about our latest clinic safety procedures.
Finding the office
The office is located at 30 Garden Alley, in downtown Doylestown near the Old Courthouse, Puck and County Theater. Garden Alley is a narrow street parallel to Court and State that can be entered from Broad St or Pine St. Our office is a small white house with a red door, located facing the gravel Eastburn & Gray parking lot.
There are two parking spaces in front of the office and ample metered parking nearby, especially on Broad and State. Meters take quarters and credit cards. If you are willing to walk 5 minutes there is free 2-hour parking on Church street which intersects Garden Alley just a little farther north (away from Main st). Please notify us in advance if you are disabled/injured and would like us to reserve one of our parking spaces for you. Our ability to do so is limited so please be sure to notify us when this is needed.
We look forward to working with you!
