First Time Patient

If it’s your first time with us, welcome!

First-time acupuncture patients are advised to schedule an initial session, which includes an intake interview, examination, and treatment. As part of your first session, we will discuss a treatment plan including a recommended schedule of follow-ups best suited to your condition and goals. Our schedule fills up quickly, so we highly recommend booking follow-ups in advance to ensure availability.

We are also happy to discuss your treatment options before your visit by phone or email. Our friendly front desk staff is available to answer the most common questions or will relay your inquiry to one of our clinical staff. You may also request a free advance consultation via the webform here.

  • All current prices are listed at the online booking system. We are out-of-network with insurance plans. Inquire with your health plan regarding out-of-network coverage for acupuncture, as we can provide documentation for reimbursement if you plan to submit. Most HSAs will cover our services and we happily accept HSA cards.

  • We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice before canceling or rescheduling your session. If you must cancel last minute, we expect you to pay the full cost of your session. (Our policy is lenient in cases of illness,  family emergencies and unsafe weather.) 

  • For acupuncture we recommend bringing or wearing a loose tank top and shorts, and for ladies a bra that opens in back (instead of a sports bra). Or, we can always offer drapes and covers.

  • Our office is located at 264 W. State Street in the Doylestown Borough, near the cross-streets of Lafayette and West St. Landmarks near us are CB West High School to the West, and Simply Fresh to the East. Look for our sign with the "Bridge" to find the entrance to our parking lot. Our parking lot also has egress into and out of Logan St.

    Though we have ample parking in our lot, there is additional free street parking available on ​adjacent State and Logan Streets.
